Smash House is a smash burger restaurant with two branches on Istanbul's European side: Nişantaşı in Şişli and Sirkeci in Fatih. Each patty is pressed onto a hot griddle when the order comes in, so it turns out caramelized and crispy outside and juicy inside. We use fresh, never-frozen Angus beef and make our ranch, dip, mexico and avocado sauces in our own kitchen. Both branches serve the same menu.
