Smash House is a smash burger restaurant with two branches on the European side of Istanbul: Sirkeci in the historic peninsula (Fatih) and Nişantaşı (Şişli). Every patty is pressed onto a hot griddle to order, so it gets a crispy, caramelised crust while staying juicy inside. We use never-frozen Angus beef and make our ranch, dip, Mexican and avocado sauces in our own kitchen. Both branches serve the same menu.

Sirkeci — a short walk from Sultanahmet

Our Sirkeci branch opened in September 2026 on Muradiye Caddesi, right behind the historic Sirkeci Station. It is a 2-minute walk from the Sirkeci Marmaray station and the T1 tram stop, a few minutes from Eminönü and Gülhane Park, and about 10 minutes on foot from Sultanahmet Square. If you are staying in the old city, it is one of the few places where you can get a hot burger late at night: the kitchen is open every day until 03:00.

Nişantaşı — near Osmanbey metro

Our first branch is in Nişantaşı, just off Halaskargazi Caddesi, a few minutes on foot from Osmanbey metro station and easy to reach from Teşvikiye and Bomonti. It is open every day from 12:00 to 02:00.

What to order
