Smash House: Handmade Smash Burgers in Istanbul

Smash House is a smash burger brand with two branches on Istanbul's European side — Nişantaşı in Şişli and Sirkeci in Fatih — making burgers with fresh, never-frozen beef, house-made sauces and ingredients prepared fresh every day. Our first branch opened in Nişantaşı, a few minutes from Osmanbey metro; in September 2026 we moved into the historic peninsula with our second branch, right behind Sirkeci Station and within walking distance of Eminönü and Sultanahmet. Our Nişantaşı branch is open 12:00–02:00 and our Sirkeci branch 11:00–03:00.

In the smash technique, the patty is pressed onto a hot griddle as it cooks: caramelized and crispy outside, juicy inside. We never freeze our Angus beef, and we make our ranch, dip, mexico and avocado sauces in our own kitchen. Nişantaşı and Sirkeci serve the same menu with the same beef and the same sauces; for chicken lovers there's the Crispy Chicken, and for kids there's the Kids Smash.
