Is there a burger place open late in Nişantaşı?
Yes. Smash House Nişantaşı is open every day from 12:00 until 02:00. The branch at Halaskargazi Mahallesi, Kuyumcu İrfan Sokak No:8 is a few minutes' walk from Osmanbey metro station. After midnight the kitchen works from the same menu: double-patty smash burgers from never-frozen Angus beef, smashed on the griddle to order.
Why is it harder to find food in Nişantaşı late at night?
Nişantaşı runs on a daytime-and-evening rhythm: the shops on the avenues close in the evening, and many restaurants close their kitchens towards midnight. Most people still in the area late have come from an event, a night out or a long day at work, and that is exactly when the options narrow.
A smash burger is a natural late-night choice: the patty is smashed on the griddle when you order and is ready in a few minutes, hot and filling.

What should you pick depending on how hungry you are?
Not everyone is equally hungry after midnight. A quick guide to the menu:

What changes during the late service?
Nothing, and that is the point. After midnight we still use the same menu, the same never-frozen Angus beef and the same house-made sauces. Patties are not pre-cooked and kept warm at night either; they are smashed on the hot griddle when you order. The burger you eat at 01:00 is the same burger you would eat at lunch.
Eat in or take away late at night?
There is seating for anyone walking in late; sitting down with a hot burger is a good break at the end of a long day. If you are on your way home, taking it away is an option too: the branch is a few minutes from Osmanbey metro, so you can pick up your order and carry on.
How do you get to Nişantaşı and back late at night?
The branch's biggest advantage is being close to the metro. Get off at Osmanbey on the M2 line, walk along Halaskargazi Caddesi and turn into Kuyumcu İrfan Sokak; you are at the door in a few minutes.
If you are driving, there are multi-storey car parks and on-street parking nearby.
Can you order delivery late at night?
Yes. If you don't want to go out, the Nişantaşı branch is listed on Yemeksepeti, Getir Yemek and Trendyol Yemek, delivering to nearby areas such as Osmanbey, Teşvikiye, Bomonti, Harbiye and Kurtuluş within each app's delivery area. What should you keep in mind when ordering late?
A few small things change how your burger reaches you:
- Order from the nearest branch. In and around Şişli, that is the Nişantaşı branch; the shorter the trip, the hotter the burger.
- Open the box as soon as it arrives. Bread and fries left in a closed box go soft from the steam.
- Mind the closing time. The Nişantaşı kitchen is open until 02:00; for later, the Sirkeci branch is open until 03:00.
What if it is already past 02:00?
